1. Acceptance of Terms

• Practice Exams & Quizzes: A comprehensive collection of NAPLEX-style practice exams and quizzes, which can be accessed by subscribing to the service.

• Subscription Service: Users may subscribe to gain access to these resources for a specific duration (30 days, 60 days, or 90 days).
3. Subscription Information
• Subscription Tiers: The Site offers three subscription options:
o 30-day subscription o 60-day subscription o 90-day subscription
• Access: Subscription grants access to all available quizzes, practice exams, and study guides for the duration of the subscription.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions are non-renewing. Users will need to manually purchase a new subscription at the end of the subscription period to maintain access to the resources. 4. Payment Information
• Payment Methods: Payments for subscriptions will be processed through Stripe.
• Subscription Payment Options: Payments are required upfront for the chosen subscription period (30, 60, or 90 days).
• Currency: All payments are processed in USD.
5. Refund Policy
• Eligibility: Refunds are available for subscription payments within 3 days of the original purchase, provided the user has not accessed more than 25% of the subscription content (i.e., accessed fewer than 25% of the available practice exams and quizzes).
• Refund Process: Refund requests must be made via email to support@pharmtutor.org with the subject line “Refund Request.” After the review, eligible refunds will be processed within 10 business days.
6. Discounts and Promo Codes
• From time to time, Pharmacy Tutor LLC may offer promotional codes or discounts for new or returning users. These offers will be explicitly mentioned on the Site, and users must apply the code at checkout to receive the discount.
• Discounts cannot be applied retroactively to prior purchases.
7. Use of the Site
The Site is designed for personal, non-commercial use. You may not use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purposes. As a condition of using the Site, you agree not to:
